   • Dip Test: Dip the absorbent tip of the test stick into the urine sample for the specified amount of time (usually a few seconds). Alternatively, you may collect urine in a clean cup and then dip the absorbent tip into the urine.
   • Midstream Test: Hold the absorbent tip of the test stick directly in your urine stream for the specified amount of time (usually a few seconds).
5. Wait for Results: After performing the test, place the test device on a flat surface and wait for the specified amount of time as mentioned in the instructions. Most tests provide results within a few minutes.
6. Interpret the Results: Check the test result window for the appearance of lines, symbols, or digital display indicating whether the test is positive (pregnancy detected) or negative (no pregnancy detected). Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for interpreting the results, as they may vary between different brands.
7. Dispose of the Test Device: Once you have read the results, dispose of the test device according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Some may recommend wrapping it in tissue and discarding it in the trash, while others may advise disposal in a specific manner due to chemical components.
